GET /api/resolve/hello.fins

Name to address. 404 when the name is free or expired.

GET /api/reverse/<address>

Address to names. primary is the oldest name pointing at it.

GET /api/domains/owner/<address>

Names owned by a wallet (the owner can differ from the address a name opens).
